If you the features are what you are looking for just go for it.
Needless to refer Denon for high quality audio products.
Quality of equipment and finish is great. 40Gb is a lot of room for music, excellent response time to all commands, nice look, easy to use. Accepting usb keyboard for easily searching music (by artist, song, playlist, etc - and it is fast) is also great.
The only down side is the Denon software used for syncronization... once it really does not syncronize your computer with the player (instead, it allows you to copy music from one place to the other) - so a simple thing like adding a song to a playlist become a complex thing. Instead of sincronizing, you have to remember the playlists you edited in the computer, delete the entire playlist from the device and copy it again...
