Great desktop mixer! Apr 21, 2011

I wanted a mixer for my home office, to mix audio from a few computers, a Zune and the house music feed. This works perfectly, very clean sound and fits neatly on the desk. There are 5 stereo inputs, 2 line level and 3 with extra potentiometers to vary them from mic to line input levels. This makes it very flexible though you may need 1/4" - RCA adapters for a couple of the inputs. I looked at a lot of options and think this is the #1 pick for a small desktop mixer today.

I've bought and installed 4 of these units in portable sound systems. They're so simple for people to use and are rock solid reliable. There are other small mixers with more features at comparable prices (like the Mackie 402-VLZ3) but the Edirol is idiot proof for the folks who may not know what to do with the extra knobs at 1st.
