Plug it in, connect to your mixer and rock in!!! Ease to use, plug n' play, 100% compatible with Virtual DJ. A++ sound quality from it.

I used this for about a year with my Wedding DJ business. This unit malfunctioned 20 minutes before the ceremony of the wedding. Luckily I had a backup ipod cable to use. When I got home I checked to see if the cables were bad, and they were working perfectly, therefore the unit was defective. I will not trust this unit again.

I bought this item looking for a simple way to record my mixes into my computer. I read a few reviews and went for it because the price was right. The only problem with this unit is the fact that it converts your audio to mp4 format and makes you either use itunes which I don't use at all or use some kind of converter to switch your audio to what ever format you want...usually mp3...that extra step makes me give it only 3 stars. Remember you get what you pay for but don't be discouraged.....if you already use Itunes then this is all good.

I was able to connect a turntable to the IO and with the correct software converted all of my vynils to MP3
